HTTP submit button doesn't open in a browser

I am testing an

HTTP submit button and when I click on it it opens another instance of adobe. Is there a way to get it to

open a browser instead?

In Acrobat/Reader under the Edit/Preferences menu choose the Internet tab. The 1st option allows you to set the PDF to open in a Browser instead of in the application. Check that option on.
