how to validte form depending on user action name (the button name user clicked when submit)?

Hello,

I am new to the es2 form design. The requirement is to validate a field when user submit a form, but depends on which button user clicks.

If user click approve button, then the field can be empty, if user clicked reject button, then this field cannot be empty.
