How to use expandable tables? My table wont generate a new row. I built 2 different tables and neither one works.

I used the table wizard and selected the option for it to automatically add a new row if needed but when I try it it never works.

‌What software do you use? Adobe Acrobat doesn't have a table wizard.

Using Adobe LiveCycle designer ES4. Unfortunately Adobe Acrobat DC cannot edit this form. unless you know a way around that.
