How to repopulate xml information in form

I designed a form in Life Cycle Designer ES with an submit email option. My question is how to take the xml information in the email and repopulate the form so I can read it easily.

Do u want to to add your form as an attachment in your e-mail ?

That would work even better. I created a wedding form/contract that I send to a potential client to fill out.
