How to print tool tips?

How can I print a list of tool tips in a form without having to cipy and paste these in to another document/

I modified a Designer macro that John Brinkman created that can be found here. I modified it to show all the tooltips by field name. If there are two fields that have the same name, the tooltip will be concatenated.
