How to make a pdf not recordable, just printable

I am new on this forum and I come to seek a little help 
I have been trying for several hours to make a form that I made in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC non-registrable (without any gas password factory) but I can not manage it, I tried to throw a shot Of LiveCycle but it is a software that I do not know and I have not found.
Yet what I want exists because I use to taff this type of document:
