how to get the complemental "adobe livecycle designer"

I now would like to get the "adobe livecycle designer" product with which to add text to pdf forms. How can I go about that as a recent owner (upgraded) of Adobe Acrobat DC?

You'll need to buy a licence of Designer ES4 as it's not bundled with Acrobat DC.
