How to get adobe-signatures-client jar ?

Hi there

I need to develop a java applet which can quickly inject and read a signature in a PDF document.

I found this guide, which seems perfect to do it : http://help.adobe.com/en_US/livecycle/9.0/programLC/help/index.htm?content=000910.html.

But if I understand correctly this guide, I have to get the adobe-signatures-client jar and include it in my application. How I can get it ?

Should I buy it ? or a bigger solution (LiveCycle) ? I only need a tool to inject and retrieve a signature in a PDF document through my java applet, I don't need the whole solution

I can't found clearly how I can retreive it on Adobe site, I need help
