I have a built a form fillable PDF. There are 48 fields on two pages. I have distributed the form, and used the distributed form to do a test. I can get the information to go to a .pdf_dataset_00001 file. However only 36 of the 48 fields show up in the upper portion of the .pdf_dataset_00001 file and can be exported to a spreadsheet. I have attached the dataset file. The Assignee and Assignee_signature fields are two examples of fields that are not showing or exporting to excel. Eventually we would like to capture the information in an access database.
We have Acrobat 8 professional and LiveCycle Designer 8.0. I'm sure it is something that I am overlooking. Thanks for your assistance.
