Is there a way to create row lines within an expandable text field?

So as the end user is typing into the text field and the box is expanding over multiple lines each "row" (line) would essentially be underlined?

HiI am not a java script guru but managed it. So I cannot talk you through it. Best way would be for me to send you a basic form with your requirements working and you can strip out the code.
