How to create if formula with multiple requirements in Adobe Lifecycle?

I have an order form with three tiers of shipping costs and I would like to know how to enter that type of formula into livecycle. I am really new to this application so I can't figure it out.

The idea is ...

1) if quanitity are 1-19, then calculate 10% shipping cost

2) if quanitity are 20-99, then calculate 5% shipping cost

3) if quanitity are 100+, then calculate 3% shipping cost

I found the script editor, but nothing I type in works.

You would need a javascript programming background to perform this.
