How to configure CVS with workbench?

I would like to configure CVS repository with LC workbench ES 2.5. The documentation show the procedure to connect to the repository but the required  eclipse plugin is not installed on my machine, hence the CVS menu items are not present.

Could anyone advise where and how to get the required plugins?
