How to call a webservice in life cycle desiner 8.1 while opening pdf using adobe reader

Hi experts,

I designed the Adobe interactive form using life cycle designer and able to call the webservice at design time and did the binding to the ui elements.

The webservice is getting called if render the pdf by using Acrobat reader extension 9 but not with Adobe reader 9 free version.

I did enabled the usage rights for PDF document but after that also webservice is not getting called through Adobe Reader 9.

Please suggest how i can call the webserivce if pdf is rendering with adobe reader 9.

Hi,

If you have Reader Enabled the form using Acrobat, then web service calls will not work in Reader.

For web services to work in Reader, the form would first need to be Reader Enabled in LC Reader Extensions ES, the Adobe server component.
