How to auto Populate Multi Fields

Hi,

Can someone please help me with a code to auto populate multi fields from access DB.

I have a form that i fill out that has many fields (ID, Name, College, Major & Sections). 

What i want to achieve is to auto populate all fields after entering the ID.

Keeping in mind that the major & sections will depend on what i have entered on the College field.
