How I can exclude one field and print button from the digital signature

Hi,

I have a form and it has a 2 signature fields (1 for Staff and 1 for the principal). This form also have a text box whihc principal put his comment after staff signature! At the moment when the staff signs his/her document all fields locking and principal not able to put his comment on the document. After sign the document print form button also not operating.How can I solve that?

Hi,

You can set up collections of objects that are associated with each signature. Go to the Object > Signature palette where you can add and manage collections.

There is an example here: https://acrobat.com/#d=zYfWoMpI5j9CmHa57Ym9hA. This has three signature fields.
