How do you open Workbench ES Form via external URL

Can I use an external URL (outside of Workbench ES) to direct a user to a specific form inside of Workbench? The problem is that we already have people going to a list of forms. As we convert these forms to LiveCycle we want to offer the option of opeing the form in Workbench with out having to search for the form again. Can we pass some URL variables or is there another way? We don't want to get HTML or plain PDF as there are Workbench features that we need.

Is this a Workspace ES question (end-users) rather than a Workbench ES question (form and process developers)?

For us it's a Workspace question. Most of our forms are moving into Workspace and the users already know to go to our Forms lookup to find forms and we want to include the persistent URL of a particular form in Workspace in this Forms Library.
