how do you deploy LCDS project to server?

I've built my flash builder 4/lcds 3 project on my local PC.    Then copied the "debug" folder in tomcat/webapps/appnam folder to my remote server (that has LCDS 3/Tomcat) running.   I"m not certain that this is the best way to publish to a remote server.  But when I run the project from the server, i get

I might be missing some setting that did not get copied over to the server.

In my case I hade to make sure port 2038 was forwarded to the right server as defined in the services-config.xml my-rtmp
