When we have an incident, we start the clock. We have certain tasks and notifications that must be done within a certain amount of time (5 minutes, 4 hours, 24 hours, 30 days, etc.). I am pretty good at everything I have tried in LCD ES4, and I have been able to get the date fields to correctly calculate any number of days, but only as date fields. I think we need to use a date/time field. Many of the answers I have found do not specify what to do with the script/string/etc. (add as a calculation using Java or FormCalc or as a validation script...). All of my attempts either don’t understand that there are 60 minutes to an hour, or when I try the Time2Num scripts, I get nothing or something like H2.
