How do I make my digital signature unsignable prior to required field being populated?

I have a text field (name), field 1(drop down) and fields 2-4 (radio buttons) that are set up as required.

However, I am still able to sign the document while not having populated any of these fields with marks/text. I just need to know where and what the Java coding/scripting would be to make the form unsignable until these required fields have been populated.

Currently using Adobe LiveCycle Designer ES3.

I have done this by putting a text box over the signature box and having that text box disappear when the mandatory fields are complete. I have gone as far as displaying text that states, "Until all mandatory fields are completed, the signature field will not be visible". By having the text box over the signature field, the user can't sign the signature field as they are actually clicking on the text box.
