LiveCycle Designer is available to people who upgraded from an earlier version of Acrobat to Acrobat 11. I made the Acrobat upgrade a while back, and now need to use LiveCycle.
This page Upgrade Adobe Designer | Acrobat XI has two links (Contact Customer Care and Contact Customer Care) that both get redirected to the basic customer care page (as you can see by the smart link renaming).
How do I actually obtain the license/serial now that the previously linked pages are unavailable?
