How do I disable/enable Document Restrictions in my form?

Hello,

I've designed a form and I am wondering where can I disable some of the restrictions that are in place when one saves the form. I see this screen of the "Restrictions Summary" in Adobe Reader I wonder where in LiveCycle can I turn those on or off.

Which operations do you want to enable? Some simply cannot be enabled.

I would like to get to this point where only the "Document Assembly" and "Page Extractions" are the only ones not allowed.

Is your form Dynamic or Static XFA? Comment and Markup are not allowed for Dynamic XFA, while Static Forms should allow it.

I seen, by the way thanks for your answers. I have a Dynamic XML form and my users don't need to comment or markup the form.
