How do I allow recipients to save a filled-in form as a .pdf on their computer?

How do I allow recipients to save a filled-in form as a .pdf on their computer?  I know they can print it but I want them to be able to save it.

You need to save the form in a version of Adobe Acrobat X or later as a Reader Extended PDF.
