How can I combine the Render Form Guide ES and Render PDF form

Hello,

I would like to create a new Render process that combine Render Form Guide ES and Render PDF form and another with the Submit Form Guide ES and Submit PDF form but not sure about the procedure. Can any one please advise on how to start.
