How can I buy a LiveCycle Designer and where it's gone?

Designer ES4 is available from Adobe’s store.

1. Goto Adobe.com
2. Click the Menu button in the upper right
3. Click "All products" butoon at the very bottom of the dialog
   
4. Select "All software".
   
5. Look for Designer ES4 and purchase a license it.
