How can I add a text field to a static object?

I am currently creating a patient intake form using LiveCycle Designer ES 8.2.  On page one I have the patient filling out their first and last name.  On page two we have our boilerplate information. (i.e. medical consent, HIPPA...)  What I would like to do is have the first and last name on page one automatically be inserted, between the two commas, into the static object without the patient having to do this.

Hi Steve,

You would need to use a floating field for both objects. See help and this example: http://assure.ly/iuYifq.

The last example would be the most relevant.

Ok Niall,

I am a total idiot.  Looked at the example you gave me (your right, the last example would be the right one for me) However,  because of my intellegence, I can not figure out why it doesn't work for the form I am creating.
