Help with text

I am trying to add more text, this text could be a half page long, is there a way that when you add multiple lines that it will print all the lines. When I print the form it will only print what is seen in the box, is there some way that I can print what is in the box but not seen. I hope this makes since.

Select the text and in the Layout tab, check the checkbox, expand to fit for height, this will help you.

That didn't work, with I print the form only what is viewed on the

screen is what prints. Not the text that is hidden within the text box.

Any other ideas?

I have one more question, I was working away in a form and I go to open my paragraph and font pallett and it is blank, just dark grey. How can I open it again, it was working all along, I think I pushed a button by mistake
