A little more info: do you want the result of the calculation to appear somewhere else or have it be part of another calculation?

I have attached the file, I want
The Account Distribution Total to automatically go into….
Amount of Cheque and
Total Cash Required.
My goal….when the employees are filling out their petty cash and total all receipts, that total should automatically fill in the Amount of Cheque and total cash required. I hope this make since.
Thanks

The form was not attached but say your Account Distribution Total field is named "ADT".
You can name your Amount of Cheque and Total Cash Required fields "ADT" as well and use global binding. Global binding allows the form to display the "ADT" value any where you like on your form.
Your field names won't be seen by the employees and you can stll label them as you want.
