I keep reading the forum on how to do it, and I have been working on it for 2 weeks. I CANNOT figure out what I am doing wrong! I keep thinking i did what i was supposed to. I am trying to create a form for online documentation for a medical record. Is there somewhere I can call to help me through this? I am using livecycle designer es4. Thanks in advance!
