Help on Form Fragment Management

Hello Folks,

                I am happy to be here, looking for some help on LiveCycle Designer and Workflow Modules.

I have a requirement to identify resuable components in multiple paper based forms.

1. So, I would like to know that, is there is any methodology or mechanism to identify Form Fragments and build them first?
2. Next, are there are any naming standards for Forms Fragments, such that a new LiveCycle developer or designer can track a Fragment very convenient way?
3. How to assign and maintain the version of Form Fragment?
   
4. Need help on finding resources on Form Fragments, such that i can learn more on this.
