(Help needed) Distribute a form through adobe.com but control where responses go

I am having an issue with a form, I can't find a way to make it extremely easy for a user to open a form (that I email them) then let them fill it out and sign it (this is the bothersome part, since they are forced to save a copy of the document) I think I can eliminate any need to save a secondary copy of the file by distributing it, but when I do that I lose control of my submit buttons, It makes them all submit to my adobe.com member email instead of the mailto that I set the button up with. 

Is there a way to change this so that it I could distribute and have responses sent to me on 1 file, and then turn around and have them sent to a coworker or boss on another file?

Any help would be appreciated.
