Having Trouble Importing PDF XML into Excel

Avatar

Level 1

I'm using Adobe Acrobat 8 Pro with Word 2007 on an XP machine.

I need to be able to have the xml files from my PDF forms import directly into Excel.

In Word, I create the forms and use the Adobe feature to create a PDF. I open the PDF in Acrobat and Create the form using LiveCycle. Each form has a "Submit by Email" button to email the XML file. I import the file into Excel using the Data > From Other Sources > From XML Data Import procedure.

The data imports with each field in different rows ... a1-b2-c3 etc.

Six of 7 files work perfectly, however the Attendee Registration form is the only form I can't get to import correctly. I've complete recreated the PDF in Word and the form in LiveCycle with the same results.

Can someone look at the Attendee Registration Form and see what I've done wrong to cause the XML file to load the data into Excel improperly? Forms are available on http://www.ceta.org/events/powerclean2011/Forms.

Thanks in advance!
