I am unable to install ES4 on a windows 2012 server. Has anyone done it? If so, how?

LiveCycle ES4 is not fully supported on Windows 2012. You should contact Enterprise Support.

Also, I'd suggest Adobe Experience Manager Forms since it is fully supported on Windows Server 2012 R2:  AEM Forms Help - Help & Tutorials
