I recently created a form using LiveCycle.  I needed my users to be able to imput their data and save the forms so that they could go back to them and continue working.  I followed the proceedures for allowing this in Adobe Reader.  This form worked for awhile and the user was able to reopen documents and add more information and resave.  However, when the user tried to open any of these saved documents today all of the saved information was lost.  Please advise on how to prevent this in the future.

This would not happen if the PDF document was Reader Extended.

You can reader extend it using Acrobat or Adobe LiveCycle Reader Extension server if it is for an enterprise/organization wide form/document on which more than 500 people would work.
