Forms require that a disclosure statement is viewed prior to signature

I am creating forms which we need to requrie that a disclosure statement is viewed prior to the electronic signature is accessible. How can I do this through the design in livecycle designer?

State your disclosure anywhere in the form, preferrably at the end above the submit/print button,

and just insert a checkbox under the disclosure statement that says I understand and certify.

If it is checked, then you can set the signature or print button accessible (visible)
