Forms LiveCycle license

Hello, I'm struggling to find out how to buy Adobe LiveCycle Forms ES4

I've tried on the Adobe portal/Google  but I couldn't find any information.

Any helpful information on this is more than welcome.

the only information on internet about a license on Livecycle FOrms is on ES 3 - http://www.utahta.wikispaces.net/file/view/Adobe+LiveCycle+Costs.pdf

You'll probably need to contact Adobe's Sales department, or one of their re sellers.
