Forms Created with LiveCycle Designer Cannot be Saved by Acrobat Reader after Filling it out?

I created a form using LiveCylce Designer ES4.

When I open it in Acrobat Reader DC, I got the following message:

You have to Reader-enable your form with Acrobat to allow saving in Reader.

Save your form with File > Save As Other > Reader Extended PDF.
