Forms are returning in XML

I am able to send out a questionairre to potential job candidates, and when the response returns, it is in XML.  How can I get it to be readable in the form I created so management can understand the responses.  I thought I read the form has to be bonded but hey I thought I did that.  Do I have to take the data some where?

Two things .....you have to change the submit button to send the PDF not the xml data.

The second is that for a Reader user to be able to submit PDF the form has to be Reader Extended. That can be done through Acrobat.
