Has anyone seen this error message when a user/Initiator starts a process in the WorkSpace:
"This document enabled extended features in Adobe Reader. The document has been changed since it was created and use of extended features is no longer available. Please contact the author for the original version of this document."
It came up as soon as the form is displayed in the WorkSpace window, all the fields have been pre-filled, form looks fine, data looks fine.
There's no error in the Server Log. The last line in the log says "TaskCreated".
Once the message came up, the entire form is locked / protected, can't do anything but to exit.
What might have caused this? how to fix it?
I am using LiveCycle ES 2.5, SP2. version 9.0.0.2.20100902.2.246889. Turnkey install, Express mode. Windows-7, MySQL database, JBoss app server.
