If I put some text fields one the first page of a document for someone to type in their first and last names, is there a way for the values that are typed in to automatically populate a footer area so that as the form document grows, the name of the person is on every page?
If you put your fields on the Master Page and reduce the size of the content area (the purple box on the page) so that these fields are outside of that
area then they will appear on every page that uses that Master Page.
Just a related question if that's ok. If I have one master page for the very first page in the form, how do I have the 2nd and subsequent pages use a second master as the form expands?
