A user has the full rights to modify, coyp, print, and view a secured file. However, while making modifications to the files, he met several issues, such as not being able to hide Powerpoint slides, not being able to open some Powerpoint files, and some animation in Powerpoint don't display well.

One thing I realize that he was using it Windows 2000.

Is that the reason?

Thanks.

Windows 2000 is not a supported OS for the RM Office Extensions plug-in.  Can you test the same PPT file on an XP system to see if the same problems occur?
