For LiveCycle workspace, how do you unlock user?

After a password change, a workspace user has become locked out.

How do you unlock a user who has been locked out.

a) I thought I had it set not to do this

b) I've rebooted the server, waited the 30 minutes, still no success at all.

Authentication is done by using Windows id / password; our system, like many, forces a password change every once in a while, and then there are always problems logging in, and sometimes with other aspects of the system also.

Check to see if your LC server has been synchronized with your LDAP server.

Assuming you have access to the LiveCycle Administration Console, go to Settings - User Management - Domain Management.

You should see the LDAP domain entry, and the last time it was synch'd.

You can force an immediate synch if needed - that may clear your problem.

If not - you might be able to 'reset' the users password via the Admin console, but this may cause other issues depending on your overall LDAP settings.

The passwords are not synch to the local machine if this is an enterprise domain.  Authentication is done against the LDAP server, the synch is used to get the userid and check the authorization so I don't think a synch will resolve the issue.  Is SSO being utilized in this scenario?
