footnote annotation

I am using Adobe LiveCycle Designer and I am trying to create a footnote.This means I need a subscript number to the right of the text that I am annotating to reference on a footnote at the bottom of the page that the footnote is found on. Is this possible using Adobe LiveCycle or do I need to modify my PDF in a different application. please advise. Thanks

Is this a flowed document, that is does the position of the text with the footnote change pages?
