Flowing subform, text not flowing, adjusting with table (add row...)

I have a Dynamic XML form I've been creating (from scratch) in LifeCycle Designer ES 8.2.

I have created a flowedSubForm in a table with add/remove row button functionality. Now if I am putting any text fields below the form it is creating a new page; moreover, the tables are writing over any text, not "flowing" along the form.
