Field Highlight Color No Longer Defaults to Blue - All Forms Have White for the Highlight Color

I'm using ES4, and suddenly, all of my forms lost the default field highlight blue color.  All fields appear white.  I rebooted my system, and still the same result.

I also opened a few forms in Reader, and even though the field highlight color is set to Blue in the Options screen, the fields still appear in White.

Any idea as to how I can resolve this issue?

Wow, embarrassed to admit that I overlooked this extremely obvious button in Form Preview mode....

Time to go home......
