Few user identity not updated after sync

We have sync which runs every day from AD to livecycle, we found that few users details which was updated in AD is not sync to Livecycle.

In log we found below error message:

Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'LiveCycle Admin.EDCPRINCIPAL USER ENTITY' with unique index 'UIDINDEX'. The duplicate key value is

Kindly help me on this, we hve 50+ users who are having access issue as their account are not in livecycle after account change in AD
