External Reference and Note in SAP C4C

Hey people ,

I'm new in C4C and I need your help to change a Formquote in Form Template.

I modify my form and add two fields in LiveCycle Designer but I can't find the data binding it's corresponding a External Reference and External Note.

This fields appears left side in section Sales -> Sales Quotes and view any quote.

I see the font of xml but not help me.
