Exporting Expandable Tables

Hi,

I created a form (see sample below) that allows for a table to expand. This table has several columns as fields such as Last Name, First Name, Birthday, etc and I'd like to know if there is a way to export that data using Adobe Acrobat or Reader into an excel spreadsheet or even if I could do some sort of sorting within my file. I tried to select all the data to paste it on an excel spreadsheet but I can't even select it all the field at once. It only allows me to select one field at a time.

Hi,

You can export the form data in Acrobat. Try one of the following.

1. Click on : Forms -> Manage Form Data -> Export Data. It will export the data as XML. If the spreadsheet has an option to import the XML then it will work.

2. Click on : Forms -> Manage Form Data -> Merge data files into a spread sheet -> Export.
