Expanded section does not appear

We created a very dynamic form.  We're having trouble getting a section to expand.  It's a button to click to expand authorized signer information that needs to be collected.  So for each additional signer on an account an additional section will be added.  However, the section is not appearing.  What can be done?

I think we will have to see the form to understand the problem, can you upload it somewhere and post a link in this thread?  You say it is a very dynamic form, are there other sections expanding correctly?  Are there any errors or exceptions in the log?
