Expandable forms push to second page

I have created a form where the text boxes expand according to the text entered and push the content down. But now, they push the content off page 1 and do not appear on subsequent pages. How do I make the content flow to the second page? Please help or suggest a solution.

I edited your forms  XML source as outlined by Stefan Cameron and I was able to get it to work.
