I am not getting an "Approve" Button at this stage...I can only "Complete" it(aka only getting a "Submit/Save/Document/Ownership buttons. Am I missing some step here?

Got it...There is a missing Step for Task 5 to add "User Actions" to this step. Add 2 "User Actions"....1 is "Approve" and the second is "Reject"

There's not missing step.

It should say "Complete" instead of "Approve" in the documentation.
